The Challenge
The project navigated challenges including aging infrastructure, informal settlements requiring sensitive community engagement, limited financial resources, and the need to maintain service continuity during construction phases.
Our Approach

- Non-revenue water reduced from 45% to 22%
- 24/7 water supply achieved in 80% of service area
- 200 local technicians trained
- Model replicated in three other Kenyan cities
